I have never seen such a value add as Twitter #eurovision on the weekend. Having witnessed the glory of Eurovision last year, the running commentary on Twitter only made it so much more entertaining. Eurovision, for those who haven’t seen it, is the divinely ridiculous act of pyrotechnics, chest baring, leg flashing, winking, set design and hairspray sprinkled with some music and singing. I laughed my way through and contributed to the stream of Tweets (even had my first RT – very exciting – albeit at the expense of Malta) coming in from loungerooms everywhere, where people were watching, laughing and Tweeting from the privacy of their homes; mostly because Eurovision is not something to be aired in public!

If you haven’t already seen it, do yourself a favour and go to http://www.sbs.com.au/eurovision/ then watch a few scenes and check out #eurovision http://search.twitter.com/search?q=%23eurovision

It is truly gold gold gold for Eurovision!

    • Thanks Tim. I’m all about the ‘value-add’! What has your best Twitter value-add experience been so far?
